Welcome to LINK PAM, a product of JRICKSS Financial Services LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Your account

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
• You must give accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use LINK PAM.
• One person or business per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your content

You own the content you publish on your page. You give us permission to host and display it so the service can work. You are responsible for making sure your content and links are lawful and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use LINK PAM to:

• Break the law or promote illegal activity.
• Post malware, phishing links, or content that deceives or harms others.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate people, or violate their privacy.
• Publish sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Abuse the system through scraping, spam, or attempts to break security.

Contacts you collect

If you use the contact capture feature, you are responsible for handling the information people share with you in line with applicable law. Only collect what you need and respect requests to be removed.

Subscriptions and billing

LINK PAM Pro is a paid subscription. By upgrading you agree to a recurring charge (monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout) that renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges, and your Pro features remain active through the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

Service availability

We work to keep LINK PAM available and reliable, but we provide the service as is. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Suspension

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put other people or the service at risk.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, JRICKSS Financial Services LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above. If you keep using LINK PAM after a change, you accept the updated terms.
